Your tasks
As part of our dedicated internal sales team, you serve as an important link between our customers, the field sales team, and our internal departments. Your daily work is diverse – from order processing and project coordination to actively helping to shape internal workflows.

Independent handling of customer inquiries and orders

Communication with customers and business partners via phone and email

Organization and coordination of internal processes

Maintenance of product and customer data in the system

Support with internal projects, e.g., in Sales and Purchasing

Your profile

Completed commercial training (e.g., Industrial Clerk, Wholesale and Foreign Trade Clerk, Office Management Clerk, or similar)

Professional experience in internal sales or customer service is an advantage

Confident use of MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel

Strong organizational skills, reliability, and enjoyment of structured work

Friendly demeanor and strong service orientation
